PURPOSE:To perform a rapid and high-precise setting of an automatic wavelength of spectral spectrum, by a method wherein a device is provided with a first optical path bending member, located in an optical path, and a second optical path bending member which is positioned in the optical path so that its position can be adjusted. CONSTITUTION:In an optical path in the proximity of an incident slit 7 in a spectroscopic analyzer, a quartz plate 12, serving as an optical path bending member, is pivotably secured by a rotary shaft 12a. A quartz plate 16 is mounted for microadjustment of a wavelength scanning, and a rotary shaft 6 thereof is coupled to a stepping motor 17. Thus, through rotation of the quartz plate 16 by means of the stepping motor 17, the degree of bending of the optical path is held, and a wavelength of a spectral output light 5 fetched can be microadjusted. This constitution permits the rapid and high-precise setting of automatic wavelength of a spectral spectrum. |
