发明名称 LUBRICATING CHANNEL DEVICE FOR CRANKSHAFT
摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and the assembling of the titled device, and to exclud the closing action at the outlet of the oil supply path by a method wherein the oil supply path connected to the inner hole end which is connected through the oil stock chamber and distributing oil path is bored toward the crank pin from surrounding surface of the journal part composing the crank shaft. CONSTITUTION:The crankshaft C is composed of the crank pin part 1, the journal part 2 of its both side, and the crank web 3 which is located between said two parts. Said pin part 1 is connected with the large end part 7a of the connecting rod 7 via the bearing 6, also the oil stock chamber 10 closed by the cap 11 is formed in its inside. The journal part 2 is held by the crank case 8 via the bearing 9. With such a construction, the oil supply path 4 is slantwise bored into the pin part 1, and the inner end of the oil supply path 4 is reached to the oil stock chamber 10. In the meanwhile, the oil stock chamber is connected through the oil distributing path 5 which is radially bored into the pin part 1, while the connecting oil path 12 is bored into the journal part 2 reaching to oil supply path 4 from the outside of the journal part 2.
