PURPOSE:To produce patterns of high dimensional accuracy for precision casting easily in the stage of manufacturing the patterns for precision casting by using wax or the like by casting a part of wax patterns produced by dividing patterns into another split patterns by using wax. CONSTITUTION:In the stage of manufacturing patterns for precision casting by using wax or resins of small rates of shrinkage and expansion and less ash contents, test pieces A, B as a part of the patterns are made of wax or the like, then the stem parts 3, 4 of the pieces A, B are fitted into the holes 6 of a metallic mold 5 having the holes 6 on the side surfaces, and a melt of the wax of the same quality as that of the pieces A, B is cast nto the mold 5 through the opening 7. When the wax solidifies, the mold 5 is removed and a pattern 8 of high dimensional accuracy which is made of the wax into one body is manufactured easily. |
