PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture and assembling operation of the titled apparatus, by holding a diaphragm between a pair of plate-like members, forming switches consisting of a plurality of chambers in the form of recesses formed in the surfaces of the plate-like members facing toward each other, and fastening the diaphragm, plate-like members and an outermost metal plate together in a unitary manner. CONSTITUTION:A cover 43 and a base 44, both shaped in the form of a plate, are disposed on the opposite sides of a plate-like diaphragm 42. Further, a capacity plate 46 of a metal plate is disposed on the outside of the cover 43 by the intermediary of a packing 45 while a bottom plate 48 is disposed on the outside of the base 44 by the intermediary of a packing 47. A selector switch used for a pneumatic controller, of this invention, is constituted by fastening these component parts together in a unitary manner. Here, four signalling chambers 54-57 and four control chambers 63-66 are formed in the surfaces of the cover 43 and the base 44 facing towrd each other, and switches 83-86 are constituted respectively by a pair of mating control chamber and signalling chamber. In the above arrangement, the switch 86 is constituted as an inverted switch by disposing a compressive coil spring 81 in the chamber 56 for urging the diaphragm 42 in a direction closing a connecting port 70. |
