PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a recorder for both one side and two sides by making a unit having two trays for recorded sheets and sheets which are unrecorded on one side attachably and detachably to and from a body provided with a feed port for the sheets which are unrecorded on one side near a discharge port for the recorded sheets. CONSTITUTION:In the case of ordinary copying on one side, a flap 28 is set in the position as shown, and the sheets after fixing 22 are discharged onto the 1st tray 26. In the case of copying on both sides, the flap 28 is turned counterclockwise to store a required number of the sheets which are transferred 8 and fixed 22 on the front side alone temporarily in the 2nd tray 27. Thereafter, the sheets are separately conveyed by a pair of reversing rollers 29, 30 and are transferred 8 and fixed 22 on the other surface, then the sheets are discharged into the tray 26. Further the trays 26, 27, the separating and conveying section and the flap mechanism are combined into one unit and the unit is made attachable and detachable to and from the body. An ordinary paper discharge unit consisting of discharge rolls, trays, etc. is made mountable independently to the body, whereby the copying machine is made changeable to an economical one side copying machine as well. |
