MANUFACTURE OF METALLIC SLEEVE

A method of applying a braze material to a sleeve in a manner so that the sleeve may be attached to a tube in order to bridge defective regions of the tube. A braze material form is coated with an adhesive and a flux is affixed and held to the braze material form by the adhesive, the braze material form being slipped onto the sleeve and anchored thereto for insertion into the tube.
