<p>PURPOSE:To make accurate tool management performable, by picking up a tool to be used from a tool command code of a machining program, and counting the number of service tools in all machine tools at every classified number. CONSTITUTION:A processor 1 in a host computerretrieves a machining program being stored in a machining tape file 2 at every machine tool on the basis of an index table 3 or a contrasting table between a tool command code and a tool classified number specifying a tool, and counts the number of service tools at every tool classified number and it is stored in a counter 4. And, the number of service tools is set down to a tool stock control table 5, that is, present service numbers 52, the prestored stock numbers 53 and tool classified comment 54 are displayed on a CRT at every tool classified number 51, while they are pinted up as a list 6. Thus, accurate tool management is made performable.</p> |
