PURPOSE:To remove condensed water causing freezing accidents, etc. simply at low cost, by blending vaporized LPG with air to give a mixed gas, jetting liquid LPG to the mixed gas so that the mixed gas is cooled by the evaporation latent heat of LPG. CONSTITUTION:LPG is partially introduced to the LPG vaporizer 4, vaporized by the use of a heat source such as warm water, etc., sent to the mixer 3 and mixed with air. The mixed air is introduced to the heater 5, liquid LPG is sent from the line 1 and jetted to the mixed gas. In the operation, LPG is evaporized by the sensible heat of evaporation of the mixed gas, cooled usually at 3 deg.C by the evaporation latent heat of LPG, so that water content in the mixed gas is controlled to saturated steam amount at 3 deg.C. |
