PURPOSE:To reduce substantially rotational frequency of an engine in the resumption of fuel injection to improve fuel consumption by reducing fuel injection amount in a predetermined reduction ratio when negative pressure in a brake booster is smaller than a set value. CONSTITUTION:An electronic control unit 14 detects depressing force of a brake pedal 30 through reduction ratio of negative pressure in a transformation chamber 25 of a brake booster 21 when the brake pedal 30 is depressed, irrespective of the signal of a rotational frequency sensor 20, so that fuel injection amount is rapidly reduced in response to the recution ratio. Thus, even when the brake pedal 30 is depressed and fuel injection action is stopped, the rotation of the engine is restrained by the action of depressing the brake pedal so that shock is restrained. Also, as the depressing force is increased the fuel injecting action is sooner stopped, and further even when the rotational frequency of the engine is low, the fuel injecting action is stopped so that fuel consumption can be improved. |
