PURPOSE:To obtain a resin molded article such as an artifical tooth or teeth homogeneously and inexpensively by a method wherein a resin heating cylinder with a through hole is used and a detachable resin supporting cover and a vertically movable mold holder are provided. CONSTITUTION:The resin charged in a resin heating cylinder 3 is heated and melted by a heating device 4. When the resin is melted, a supporting cover 6 is pushed down by a lever 16 and moved in lateral direction centering a fulcrum 15, the enhaust vent of the heating cylinder 3 is put into an open state and molten resin is injected by the piston rod 2 of a pusher 1 into a force 7. A mold holder 8 that can be moved vertically by an oil hydraulic jack etc. is provided on the lower part of a heating cylinder 3, the exhaust vent of the heating cylinder 3 and the injecting hole of the force 7 are stuck firmly to prevent the resin from leaking etc. in the time of injection. After molten resin is injected into force 7, the piston rod 2 in the resin heating cylinder 3 is pulled up and the mold 7 is separated from the resin heating cylinder to take out a molded part. |
