摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the work efficiency by tightening a female rotor, male rotor, and timing gears in one body at the position of one half of the backlash measured with the female rotor fixed and the male rotor rotated to perform the timing adjustment. CONSTITUTION:A female rotor 2 tightened with a timing gear 4 and a timing gear 3 are fixed under a condition of no backlash, then the angle formed when only a male rotor 1 is rotated by applying an oil pressure to the tightened section of a timing gear 3 and male rotor 1 is made to correspond to the whole clearance between both rotors 1, 2. Next, the male rotor 1 is reversed to the position of one half of the measured rotating angle and the oil pressure applied to the timing gear 3 is released, and the male rotor 1 is again tightened to complete the adjustment. The drive side shaft end 1a of the male rotor 1 is further connected to an angle amplifier 20 and the rotation angle is measured by a rotary encoder 22 by amplifying the angle by 200 times.
