PURPOSE:To prevent harmful vibration of tyres by fitting a wheel disc with claws via a spoke on one side face of each tyre. CONSTITUTION:Spokes 1 are radially stretched between a frame shell 2 and a cylindrical shell 3 to join them throughout the peripheries. Claw guides 4 are radially welded on the outer diameter side of the frame shell 2 about the center of revolution so as to thereat endure the bending moment which is applied to cylindrical claws 5. For stretching the spokes 5, the frame shell 2 is fit with a rim A while the cylindrical shell 3 is fit with a rim B, thus the spokes 1 being directed from the rim B to the rim A. One end of each spoke at the side of the rim A is threaded and a nut 16 which falls in the thread is turned to center the device or to provide suitable strain. Since a strain of the deformed tyre which is exerted on the device may be dissolved, a disc 7 which is welded to fix to the cylindrical shell 3 or the weld will not evolve an intense bending stress and a connecting bolt also will not evolve an intense fixing moment, hence freeing from the resultant looseness of a nut. |
