PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition having low viscosity change with temperature and free from blot, blur and scratch independent of the season and the region, by using an alkoxypropanediol or its oxyalkylene derivative of a specific formula as a component. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be prepared by compounding (A) an alkoxypropanediol or its oxyalkylene derivative of formula[R is 1-4C alkyl (preferably, methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, isopropyl, n-butyl, or tert-butyl); AO is 2-3C oxyalkylene (preferably oxyethylene or oxypropylene); a+b is 0-10]in (B) a water-soluble dye, in an amount of preferably 2-60wt%. |
