PURPOSE:To perform high efficient operation of a water turbine, by controlling a plural number of guide vanes individually and in a combined state. CONSTITUTION:An output setter unit 10 is applied with up-down signals from the outside, in accordance with a generator load, to output a command value of water turbine output. Opening instruction units 11A, 11B are input with a command value from the output setter unit 10 to output an opening instruction value of the corresponding guide vane. Opening of the guide vane is individually controlled by command values of the opening instruction units 11A, 11B. A control circuit of these units comprises comparator units 12A, 12B, opening control amplifiers 13A, 13B, guide vane control servomotors 14A, 14B, and displacement- electricity converters 15A, 15B, detecting an actual opening of the guide vane itself and converting into an electric signal. |
