A separating device comprises a housing (1), which is divided into two chambers (3, 4) by means of an intermediate wall (2). One of the chambers (3) is filled with a ferro-magnetic and filtering filler (5), a container (8) arranged in the vicinity of one end of the housing, whose purpose is to connect the chambers with each other, pipe sockets (8, 10) located at the other end of the housing to input and output the flowing fluid and a magnet system (7) to generate a magnetic field in a zone in which the housing is located.
