PURPOSE:To obtain smooth wiper movement by providing a wiper stagger condition detecting means and a control circuit that electrifies a motor based on the detection results in order to jet washing liquid over a windshield glass in such a case. CONSTITUTION:A wiper motor 4 is started by a switch 3, and a shunt resistance 5 is provided in the circuit the switch 3 belongs to. When a wiper starts staggering the electric current of the motor 4 as well as the voltage at the both ends of the shunt resistance 5 increase, and a stagger detecting means 19 detects this in order to have a washer motor 9 started by means of a control circuit 20. Since when the wiper starts staggering a washer motor starts its operation automatically to smooth the glass surface, the wiper staggering can be eliminated. |
