The sampling needle of the device is fixed in relation to the support on which the containers with the various samples are placed. Each container is moved vertically so that the sampling needle is placed into it then removed. The container with the sample is at a higher pressure than the sampling needle so that a quantity of liquid is transferred from the container to the needle. Electronic detectors determine the quantity sampled. Magnetic data recorded on the containers are read by another electronic system. The relative pressures are obtained by a vacuum pump connected downstream w.r.t. the assembly which has previously been sealed.
