PURPOSE:To detect true positions simply and easily by comparing the operated value when a moving object travels in the course of known directions and distances and true values relating to said course beforehand, obtaining correction values and correcting the operated values with a storage circuit. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic control circuit 3 operates the position by the outputs of a direction sensor 1 and a distance sensor 2 during traveling in a known course, displays the same on a display circuit 6, compares the operated value of the position with the true value applied from an input circuit 7, and determines the correction values alpha, beta relating to the direction and the distance. A storage circuit 5 for correction values is calibrated by these correction values. By said correction values, the positions during succeeding traveling are corrected and displayed and in the final the correction values for the total sum of mechanical errors, physical errors, etc. are obtained, and the positions of the moving object are detected simply, easily and accurately. |
