发明名称 MEASURING METHOD FOR ADHESIVE STRENGH OF FILM LAYER
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a measuring method for adhesive strength of film layers with good workability by making the area of the fayed surfaces between a base material and the film layer where tensile force acts smaller than the area of the fayed surface between the film layer and a jig. CONSTITUTION:A base material 1 is made of a bar body of a cylindrical columnar shape, and the end face surface thereof is used as a covering surface 1a of an area S2. An annular groove 1b of prescribed depth is formed in the central part of the surface 1a, and the part enclosed by the groove 1b is made an independent part 1c and the part enclosing the same an outside circumferential part 1d. A hollow member of the same shape as that of the groove 1b and the same material as that of the material 1 is fitted into the groove 1b to form the smooth covering surface 1a. A covering surface 3 is formed on the surface 1a and is joined by means of an adhesive agent 4 to the fayed surface 2a of a circular colummar jig 2 of the same diameter as that of the material 1. When force F is exerted between the material 1 and the jig 2, the area S2 of the surface 2a is larger than the area S1 of the part 1a' on the end face of the part 1c; therefore the material 1 and the surface 3 peel first, and adhesive strength is measured from the tensile force of that time. Since cold setting adhesive agents are usable, workability is good.
