PURPOSE:To improve the operational property of a programable oscilloscope, by dividing the address extent stored in a program step into the plural divisions and selecting a desired division among said divisions and then, reading out successively. CONSTITUTION:When reading indication is given by a read and write setting device 10-1 and moreover, up action is indicated by an up/down action indicator 10-2, counted value of an address counter 8 is read by a controlling circuit 10 and next, a registered number of the last register (d), (f), (h) or (j) of selected division is read. Supposing that the first division is selected, the registered number of the register (d) is read. Then, both of the registered number of the register (d) and the counted value of the counter 8, are compared by a comparator 9 and if the registered number of the register (d) is larger than the counted value of the counter 8, a program step stored in an address of front address +1, of a storage device 1, is outputted. In this manner, the program step is read out successively and the operational property is improved. |
