Then, cold water which has been cooled by an evaporator 6 circulates via such a route as pump 28 electromagnetic valve 26 water-air heat exchanger 18 three way valves 30 and 31 evaporator 6 to carry out cooling, and also circulates via such a route as pump 29 electromagnetic valve 32 water. water heat exchanger 22 three-way valves 30 and 31 to cool the cooling water passed through a cooling tower 20 and a pump 21 in the heat exchanger 22. When there is no cooling load, electromagnetic valves 27 and 32 are opened, and the cold water passes through pumps 29 and 28 and electromagnetic valve 27, and circulates via such a route as electromagnetic valve 32 heat exchaner 22 three-way valves 30 and 31-evaporator 6 to cool the cooling water in the heat exchanger 22. Thus, even when the cooling load is small, solar heat or the like can be effectively utilized. |
