PURPOSE:To make the finish of the coating part of a food fine, by blending a raw ingredient for coating with eggshell powder or bone powder. CONSTITUTION:Wheat flour as a main raw material is blended with about 0.05- 5wt% eggshell powder (e.g., one obtained by granulating eggshell, drying at about 100-500 deg.C for 1-60min it under heating, followed by pulverizing it, etc.) or bone powder (one obtained by granulating bone, heat-treating it at 500- 2,000 deg.C for about several-tens hours, pulverizing it), or their mixture and a coating is prepared, to give food fried with oil. |
