PURPOSE:To reduce a time necessary for kneading and porosity, by evacuating a vessel filled with gypsum, fillers or the like kneading material, then adding a kneading liquid, and kneading it in vacuum. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum vessel 1 is supplied with a necessary amount of gypsum or filler, and a vacuum pump is driven to evacuate the vessel 1 through an exhaustion pipe 2 to about 50mm.Hg vacuum degree. A prescribed amount of kneading liquid is added to the gypsum or the filler in the vessel 1 by opening the cock 5 of a kneading liquid feeder 4 provided on the upper cover of the vessel 1. Stirring blades 6 are rotated by driving a motor, a coupler 8, and a rotating shaft 7 to knead the gypsum or the filler. |
