PURPOSE:To prevent the lower surface of the food being roasted from broiling unevenly, by varying flame shapes alternately so that a flame and hot air are supplied to the central part and the circumferential part of the inside of a range, in a both faces broiling grill which heats from the top and the bottom sides of the food. CONSTITUTION:Areas of flame holes 13 and 14 for lower part heating of a grill burner 5 is changed alternately, a long flame 3 is formed by the flame hole 13, which is made into the inward flame 3 extending to the central part of the inside of a range. A short flame 4 is formed by the flame hole 14, which is made into the inward flame 4 extending to the circumferential part of the range. With this constitution, heat can be reached to the central part of the inside of the range and hot air flow which is a following flow to the tip of the flame can be dispersed rapidle as well by the long flame 3, through which a flame can be distributed evenly on the lower surface of the food to be cooked. The lower surface, therefore, can be prevented from broiling unevenly. |
