Carbamoyl-oximes of the formula I wherein R1 and R3 each are lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or halogen-substituted aryl; R2 is lower alkyl; R4 is lower alkyl or cycloalkyl; and R5 is hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkylcarbonyl or halogen-substituted lower alkylcarbonyl, and acid addition salts of these compounds, a process for their preparation, pesticidal compositions containing one or more of these compounds as the active ingredient and methods for the use of such compositions for the control of pests.
