PURPOSE:A microorganism in Actinomadura is cultured to produce phospholipase D. CONSTITUTION:A microorganism in Actinomadura, capable of producing phospholipase D, e.g., Actinomadura NO 362 (FERM-6132) is inoculated in an enriched culture medium and cultured by the deep tank aeration process at 20- 35 deg.C and phospholipase is obtained mainly from the culture mixture. |
