PURPOSE:To utilize accumulated heat suitably at necessary time by utilizing a part of a structure such as an outer wall, beam or the like of a building as a regenerating tank, and accumulating solar heat and waste heat generated in a building in a large quantity and for a long period of time, within the regenerating tank. CONSTITUTION:Regenerating operation of solar heat is carried out by circulating a heat medium between a solar heat collector 32 and regenerating tanks 30 and 30' by means of a heat medium circulating pump 42. In fact, when heating period draws near, the above regenerating operation is carried out, and the operation is continued until the regenerating material of each regenerator unit U melts, and regenerated heat is accumulated until the heating required time as latent heat. The radiation operaion of regenerating tanks 30 and 30' is carried out by passing the heat medium within the regenerator, according to necessity, and hot water or hot air is recovered. Also, by the operation of circulating pumps 43 and 44, the heat medium circulating a high- pressure drain tank 35, a hot well tank 36, a heat exchanger 40 and the like are passed through regenerating tanks 31-31' and latent heat regeneration of heat generated within the building can be carried out. |
