PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform continuous scanning and to shorten a measuring time, by transferring the shape of a material to be measured to a semitransparent body, and scanning the transferred surface of said semitransparent body by an image pickup device. CONSTITUTION:A liquid state semitransparent acrilic resin A is inputted in a transparent container 5. The material to be measured W is immersed, the resin is hardened, and the shape of the material to be measured is transferred. An acrilic resin molded body A1 obtained in this way is placed on a substrate 8 and irradiated by light sources 9 from the lower side. Then the transferred surface F is scanned by the image pickup device 10 such as an industrial TV, and the tridimensional coordinates of the transferred surface F are detected from the image signal. |
