PURPOSE:To maintain the basic calling service at the maximum level, by indisposing the use of an additional function having the service level lower than a specific value in case the traffic quantity exceeds a prescribed level. CONSTITUTION:The service level which is decided previously for each high- grade function is fed and stored at a memory part 6 from an input device 7. At the same time, the traffic value with which the traffic quantity should be decided abnormal while a switchboard is working is stored at the part 6 along with the level of a high-grade function which is controlled when the traffic quantity is abnormal. A central controlling part 5 suppresses the congestion when the overall traffic quantity of a switchboard exceeds the traffic level written into the part 6. The function whose service level is less than the prescribed value is controlled and indisposed. |
