PURPOSE:To obtain a miniaturized and inexpensive delay line which is available over a wide range of frequency bands, by forming an inductance element of a delay line including the inductance element and a capacitor by folding the zigzag conductor lines in the width direction. CONSTITUTION:An inductance element L is provided with zigzag conductor lines 2, 21, 23 and 24 and a connector bar 3. These conductor lines are folded from a surface of a plate-like magnetic material 1 to the other surface via a side surface in the width (W) direction. A capacitor containing an electrode 5 on the counter surface of a dielectric material 4 holding an earth electrode 6 between them and the bar 3 are connected to the other side surface of the material 1. As a result, the magnetic fluxes phi1 and phi3 are set in the opposite direction to the magnetic fluxes phi2 and phi4. These magnetic fluxes are formed by the currents which flow the lines 21, 22, 23 and 24. At the same time, the magnetic fluxes phi1 and phi3 are set opposite to the fluxes phi2 and phi4 of a diagonal line, and the connecting force is weak among them. The fluxes phi1-phi4 have the shortest loop. As a result, the uniform inductance is obtained over a wide range of frequency bands. |
