PURPOSE:To make it possible to manufacture of cold rolled steel plate excellent in corrosion resistance and a compound treatment capacity with a low cost by utilizing a descaling process by a conventional liquid honing as one means for providing the steel plate with corrosion resistance and compound treatment capacity. CONSTITUTION:In a liquid honing process where Ni, etc., can be independently projected to a steel plate, or projected while mixing them with an usual slurry such as iron sand, etc., a projecting equipment 6 for a slurry such as Ni is provided on the rear of a liquid honing equipment 5. Then, a treatment for providing the corrosion resistance and compound treatment capacity to the steel plate is performed utilizing a descaling process by conventionally used liquid honing. Accordingly, it is possible as compared with the conventional method to manufacture a cold rolled steel plate more excellent in the corrosion resistance and compound treatment capacity with a low cost in an simpler manufacturing process. |
