PURPOSE:To decrease a cycle time of measurement, by performing measuring action at a low speed only for a time, from when a contact piece is contacted to a work until the contact piece is separated from the work, and moving the contact piece at a high speed in the rest of a route of the contact piece. CONSTITUTION:A contact piece 12 is moved at high speed from a position 100 toward a position 101, and a pulse signal is generated from a rise-up edge one- shot pulse generator circuit 20 by a contact of the contact piece 12 to a work 13, then a skip signal 18 is generated actively through an OR gate 22. An NC receives this skip signal 18 to stop an existing block and transfer to a low speed block from the next position 102 toward a position 103. During this time, the contact piece 12 is separated from the work 13, and a fall-down edge one-shot pulse generator circuit 21 outputs a pulse signal to again actively generate the skip signal 18 through the OR gate 22, then the existing block is switched to a high speed block from a stop position 104 to a position 105. |
