PURPOSE:To improve measuring accuracy and durability, by providing branched flow paths, which are formed so as to hold an orifice with respect to a main flow path, in a cabinet which forms a unitary structure together with the main flow path, and coupling a turbine measuring unit body so as to form the unitary structure. CONSTITUTION:The branched flow paths 6 are communicated to the main flow path 5 and formed so as to hold the orifice. The main flow path 5 and the branched flow paths 6 are provided in the cabinet 1a in parallel so as to form the unitary body. A turbine chamber 16 is also provided in parallel. The turbine measuring unit body A has the unitary structure comprising a rotary turbine 8, a braking chamber, a coated pipe, a nozzle plate 9, and the like. The top of the surrounding wall part 21 of the nozzle plate 9 is inserted from an opening part 18 of the turbine chamber 16 that is provided in the branched flow paths 6 in the cabinet 1a, with an O ring 22 being slidden with the inner wall of the turbine chamber 16. A flange part 17 is aligned with the end surface of the opening part 18, and fixed by a fixing tool 20 through a packing 19. |
