A METHOD OF MANUFACTURING COMPOSITE STRIPS BY CONTINUOUS CASTING

Aluminium casts between two rolls separated continuously by nozzle having same that with width of strip located flat side and around roll. One side or both sides of Al or Aluminium or Al alloy with thickness of 1.5-20mm are inserted strip with thickness of 0.1-1mm into aperture between roll and molten Aluminum. This time, strip has much more mechanical strength and melting temperature. Metal plating strip is contacted with more than 30 degree between mother line near to nozzle and that located roll side, and a distance between inserted rolls make less than thickness of 1mm of plating strip by nozzle and plating metal.
