PURPOSE:To inspect the condition in a pipe and to draw the samples in the necessary parts in the pipe, by providing a sampling device which draws and receives the samples near the adapter of the head of an endoscope. CONSTITUTION:In the stage of inspecting the inside of a pipe, the cord 20 of an endoscope operating part 6 is connected to an electric power source, a light source is lighted, a head 7 is inserted into the pipe, and the inside of the pipe is viewed with an eyepiece lens 4. If in this case the preceding end part of a spatula 14 is projected suitably from the front end 11b of a hole 11, the scale provided to the spatula 14 can be read and therefore the condition of scale, etc. is known accurately by comparing the scale. If sampling of the scale, etc. is necessary, the operator holds a knob 17', moves a flexible shaft 12 back and forth to chip or collapse the scale, etc. with the spatula, and drops the scale, etc. into an accepting part 18. The sample thereof is removed by disconnecting an optical transmission tube 1 and the tube 12 and is analyzed. |
