PURPOSE:To process pollen to a health food having excellent taste and flavor to be generally liked, rich in nutrient and easily digestible and absorbable, by adding pollen powder to honey and stirring and kneading the mixture in the form of cream. CONSTITUTION:The objective honey can be produced by adding pollen powder to honey and stirring and kneading the mixture in the form of cream. The amount of the pollen powder is preferably 2-4pts.wt. per 10-11pts.wt. of honey. It is preferable to use a honey having relatively high fructose content, e.g. acacia honey, orange honey, etc., to suppress the crystallization of the honey. The pollen powder is preferably pollen of orange in view of good taste and balanced nutrient value. |
