PURPOSE:To strikingly increase a productivity of an extruded product, by arranging rotary wheels of a rotary wheel type continuous extruding device to oppose to each other in the radial direction through a space, and providing with a common fixed chute. CONSTITUTION:Rotary wheels 12 and 13 are placed as opposed to each other at a fixed distance apart, and a grooves 14 and 15 are provided to respective outer peripheral surfaces. Next, a common fixed chute 16 is arranged in a space between the wheels 12 and 13. The grooves 14 and 15 are covered partially and in the circumferential direction by the chute 16 to form a rectangular path, by providing segments 17 and 18, corresponding to the grooves 14 and 15, to the surfaces facing to the wheels 12 and 13 respectively. Further, abutments 19 and 20 are provided to the upper left and right parts of the chute 16 to block the one end parts of respective paths. Extruding dies 21 and 22 are arranged to the vicinities of the end parts of the segments 17 and 18 to perform the extruding work of products 26 and 27 through pinch rolls 23 by supplying round bar-shaped blank materials 24. |
