Tuyère for torch guniting

A tuyère for torch guniting comprises a water-cooled casing consisting of two pipes 1 and 2. Inside the casing are coaxially mounted pipes 4 for supplying a powdery mixture of refractory material and a fuel, and pipes 2 for supplying oxygen gas. At the outlet ends of said pipes 3 and 4, nozzles 5 are arranged along their walls for supplying the powdery mixture of the refractory material and the fuel, and nozzles 6 for supplying oxygen gas, all combined in pairs and coaxially located in each pair. The exhaust end of each nozzle 5 for supplying the powdery mixture of the refractory material and the fuel is placed below the exhaust end of each corresponding nozzle 6 for supply of oxygen gas at a distance equal to 1-5 internal diameters d of the nozzle 5 for supplying the powdery mixture of the refractory material and the fuel. The walls of at least one nozzle 5 or 6 of each pair have, fully or partially, a cross section shape different from that of a cylinder.
