The V-shaped profiles (1) are turned inwards along their top edges to form a fixing to the catches (6) which are themselves fixed to some transverse profiles (5) in turn suspended from the original ceiling. The catches have a hooking edge on each side, the second edge being used to hold the reinforcing profiles (7). The length of the reinforcing profiles is only a fraction of that of the V blades and several of the reinforcing profiles spaced at predetermined intervals from each other are provided for each blade. These profiles touch the internal face of the blades.
