PURPOSE:To improve the coloring performance to a display picture, by wave- shaping a dot pattern of a corresponding color with the phase of a chrominance subcarrier of the color and reproducing the color in the relation of an integral ratio so as to produce cross color. CONSTITUTION:White and black colors are detected at logical gates 7, 8 from color information outputted from a memory section 2, and an output of other colors than white and black colors is obtained for the output of a logical gate 9. In taking the logical product between this output and that of a color phase circuit 14, no chrominance subcarrier appears at the output of a logical gate 10 at white and black colors and the chrominance subcarrier is outputted from a display clock generating section 1. In taking the logical sum with the output of the logical gates 10, 12, the chrominance subcarrier corresponding to the color information is always obtained at the output of a logical gate 13. This output is applied to a latch circuit 15 as a latch pulse, allowing to improve the coloring performance on the output of a synthesis circuit 6, because the chrominance subcarrier is well superimposed on the details of the pattern in one dot. |
