摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a feeding mechanism which has universality capable of accurately feeding articles of different sizes via feeding means of the same pitch by constructing to perform the prescrived work in response to whether the article is detected by detecting means or to skip one pitch without performing the work and to feed the article. CONSTITUTION:When a light from a light emitting unit 13 does not reach a photodetector 14, a theta table 7 and a rotary column 9 rise to perform a wire bonding after one pitch due to the presence of a semiconductor product 3 at the position of a detecting hole 4, thereby lifting the product 3, and wirings 6 are bonded via supersonic wave. The table 7 and the column 9 after completing the bonding return to the lowered positions. On the other hand, when the light from the unit 13 reaches the photodetector 14, the table 7 and the column 9 are inhibited to lift after one pitch due to no presence of the produce 3 at the position of the hole 4. Accordingly, informing that no product 3 is detected is supplied to elevational drive means of the table 7, thereby inhibiting the lift of the table 7 and the column 9.
