PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which provides a corrosion preventive effect over the tntire part of a vessel by covering the inside wall surface near the attached electrode rod of the corrosion preventing device for the vessel using an external power source thereby preventing the flow of excess current through the iron base near the electrode bar. CONSTITUTION:A hole 3 for mounting an electrode bar 6 is provided to a can body 1 applied with a corrosion preventive film 2 such as enamel on the inside surface, and a cup-like bracket 4 is mounted on the outer side thereof. The bar 6 is inserted to the center of a flexible packing 5 therein, and a cover body 7 is screwed 8 to the body 1 at the flange 4a of the bracket 4. An over-current corrosion preventive material 9 having flexibility and consisting of a covering part 9a for the end face of opening covering the end 3a of the opening, an over- current corrosion preventing part 9b covering the inside wall surface near the part where the bar 6 is mounted, and a central hole 9c is provided in the body 1 to improve the corrosion preventing effect over the entire part of the body 1 without generating concentration of current in the part of the iron base near the bar 6. |
