摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To perform stable painting, by detecting the viscosity of a passing liquid, and controlling the discharge pressure of a regulator behind a pressure feed pump while using a detection signal as a control signal and thus holding the discharge flow rate from a working device constant. CONSTITUTION:Regulators 5 and 5' are connected to a color changing valve 7 through pipes 6 and 6' to select a paint, and valve 7 is connected to a painting gun 8 through a transportation pipe 9; and a viscosity detector 10 is interposed before the gun 8, and the detector 10 is connected electrically to a signal controller 12. This controller 12 applies a control signal to a current-air transducers 14 and 14' through circuits 13 and 13', and the transducers 14 and 14' control solenoid valves to vary the pressure of the compressed air from an industrial air source 15 from PP1 to PP1' as working pilot pressure, thereby feeding it under pressure to the regulators 5 and 5'. Consequently, the extent of decompression is controlled from P1 to P1' at the regulators 5 and 5' to hold discharge flow rate constant.</p>
