PURPOSE:To adsorb generated gas to holes in an urethane material of a bumper and improve its external appearance and workability, by arranging plural holes in the film-state urethane material of the vehicle urethane bumper, providing adhesive layers in both sides of the urethane material and mounting a decorative film to one side while gluing the other side to the bumper. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive layer 7 is formed by adhesively attaching adhesive materials 13a, 13b to its both sides through the method in which a material 11, previously opened with holes 9, is immersed in a tank filled with an adhesive agent. The material 11 is removed from the tank to form hollowed parts 15, and release paper 17a is glued to an adhesive surface of the hollowed part 15, while damage preventing release paper 17b is glued to a surface 5a of a resin film 5 adhesively attached to the other side. Then the release paper 17a, glued to the adhesive surface 7a in a side of the hollowed part 15 in the adhesive layer 7, is removed and glued to the surface of an urethane bumper 3 mounted to a car body 1. Further the release paper 17b, glued to the surface of the resin film 5, is removed to complete the work. As a result, generated gas from the bumper 3 is adsorbed in the hollowed part 15 of the adhesive layer 7, and ruggedness is not caused in the surface of the film 5. |
