PURPOSE:To form a floor of excellent vibro-isolating quality without causing the increase of weight, by fixing sub-floor panels onto a floor panel in a car body through mer-sheets, allowing the panel to pass in an oven at painting and welding the mer-sheets to the both floor and sub-floor panels. CONSTITUTION:A floor panel 1 passes an undercoating process and is applied with prescribed rust preventive treatment of a car body together with other car body constructional members, and then a mer-sheet 4 is placed on the floor panel 1, while a sub-floor panel 5 is mounted by clips c, then the panel is placed in a drying oven of intermediate painting, here the mer-sheet 4 is melted and softened, then adhesively attached to the floor panel 1 and the sub-floor panel 5, finally solidified. As a resut, the floor panel 1 and the sub-floor panel 5 are not only stopped simply by the clip c, but thermally welded by the mer-sheet 4, thus firmly secured. |
