Permanent magnet operated motor - has stacked magnets of different strengths forming magnetic field interference pattern

The permanent magnet motor includes two magnetic discs placed one on top of the other. The first is three times thicker than the second and they are arranged with south poles facing each other. The magnetic field lines due to the top, smaller magnet have superimposed on them the opposing field lines due to the bottom larger and stronger magnet. A further permanent magnet is attached to a rotor and able to move over this combination of magnets. This rotor magnet is subject to a magnetic interference pattern due to the opposed magnet, providing motive power.
