The shaft is mounted in a chamber with two grooves (12,13) facing each other in the interior face of the chamber walls (4,5) with the tubular axle (1) engaged in these bearings with small play. The axle is positioned in the exact place that it will occupy during use and the walls are deformed locally. The deformation pushes the walls onto the hollow ends of the axle and stop its translation in the grooves. Alternatively, the original grooves are shaped so that the axle stops in their base in the work position.
