PURPOSE:To permit easy assembling of stationary electrodes and a movable electrode in parallel by the constitution wherein a capsule unit provided with the movable electrode and the stationary electrodes is fastened and assembled in a housing unit provided with sealing diaphragms by means of screws via a spring. CONSTITUTION:A screw 81 penetrates through a capsule unit 1 near its outside circumference and is screwed to a housing body 21. The unit 1 is held pressed in a right direction by a spring 82 inserted onto the screw 81. A movable electrode 12 can be disposed easily to the center of stationary electrodes 16, 17 by turning the screw 81 of a zero adjusting mechanism while no measuring pressure is held applied, whereby the electric capacities between the electrode 12 and the electrode 16 and between the electrode 12 and the electrode 17 are made accurately equal, and the zero adjustment is accomplished easily and accurately. |
