PURPOSE:To continue to measure by detecting faults easily, by connecting load- cells optionally to a normal load-measuring circuit system, a spare load-measuring circuit system or a resistance measuring device by switching changeover switches and separating them from the circuits. When the switches S1-S9 are changed over to switching terminals A, the cells LC are connected to a normal load-measuring circuit system having meters M1-M3, and are made to an electrical floating to a spare load-measuring circuit system to which a spare meter SM is connected by terminals B and to a resistance measuring device OM by terminals C and also by terminals D. Therefore, an inspection and exchange at the time of faults are performed quickly and measurement is continued. |
