PURPOSE:To provide an automatic palletizing apparatus which can increase the productivity of a work conveyed at a fixed cycle by prociding feed control means to control the feed of a work. CONSTITUTION:An automatic palletizing apparatus 1 is adapted to pile up pressed plate pieces (work) 3 transported at a fixed cycle and load a pallet 2 with piled works by evety fixed quantity to be forwarded. In the apparatus, the works 3 are transferred downward by upper and lower feeding devices, while being piled up. The lower second feeding device 5 is adapted to load a pallet 2 positioned below with works 3 when a fixed quantity of works 3 are stacked. Meanwhile, the upper first feeding device is adapted to retard or stop transferring works to the lower second feeding device, so that works 3 transported at a fixed cycle from a press line are caught to be piled up, and transferred together to the second feeding device on completion of transferring to the lower pallet 2. Thus, the apparatus is operated without stopping the press line so as to increase the productivity. |
